Physical Examinations

Students registering for MSHSL must have a physical examination on file in the office before the student is authorized to participate in practice. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the Main Office no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice.

Physicals are valid for 3 years from the date of the last exam.

If you are not registered for a MSHSL sport, you may skip the ¨Physical Forms¨ section of the registration.
